The International Journal of Management and Business Studies follows a double-blind peer review process.
All submitted manuscripts are initially reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief to assess their suitability for the journal’s scope and quality standards.
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to at least two independent reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, relevance, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field.
Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript.
